CHOCOLATE MOIST CAKE

Today, I would like to share about my chocolate moist cake's recipe

My First Trial

ingredients :

1 cup of cocoa powder

1 cup of sugar

1 cup of evaporated milk "susu cair"

1 cup of Buttercup ( melt it first )

1 cup of sweetened condensed milk "susu pekat"

2 cups of flour

1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

3 eggs

instructions :

1 -  Mix the cocoa powder, evaporated milk, sugar, condensed milk, and butter in a pan and cook until all the ingredients melt. After it is cooked, put it aside and lets it cool down.

2- Beats the eggs and add the cocoa mixture earlier. Mix well. Gradually add flour until the end. Put the baking powder.

3-Mix well and pour it into container tray. Do not get full, the batter will rise later. Enter in half the pan. Steamer lid covered with a clean cloth "kain bersih" to prevent the water from entering the container tray.

4- Steam it in about 30 min - 45 min (according to mixture). After that, you can check it by prick the fork into the mixture. If the are no dough stick, so your cake is ready.

FACEBOOK

I am pretty sure that most of us have a Facebook account right?

it already become a necessities to human these days

what is Facebook actually?

Facebook is a social networking website through which you can connect with the friends and relatives. It was founded by Mark Zuckerberg in 2004 and originally it was called as The Facebook. It first became a big hit on the campus and then within few months, it gained popularity among other colleges too and became a big social networking website. In 2005, it was opened for high schools and the name “The Facebook” was also change to “Facebook”.

nowadays, some people can't live without Facebook

but not for me

I am just happy without Facebook because I do not make the Facebook as my priority in my life.


FACEBOOK IS NOT MY PRIORITY

I just use it as a medium to find all my old friends and teachers so that I can know about them even though I already did not meet them in such a long time.

I am just happy without Facebook (",)

I'm not kind a person who addicted to Facebook
BUT
sometimes I spend a lot of my time on this social networking if I do not open my account for a long time

so that's why I have to spend my time wisely so that I do not waste my time just on the Facebook

As I stated before, I use my Facebook to find my friends, old acquaintances, teachers and all the person who used to know me

at the end, by using Facebook, I managed to find all of them
(maybe not all...hehehe)

so, I can know what they are doing right now...

erm,,,people are change...

I can see that changes in my friends..

for me,,it is OK if the changes in their life is POSITIVE

BUT

I can't bear it when they make a NEGATIVE changes in their life..

SO,,, it is true that we can know someone's personality throughout their FACEBOOK..

There is a POSITIVE and NEGATIVE effect of Facebook
its depend on us how we manage it
it is very good if we used it in a good way and vice versa

my advices

for boys & girls : have a safe and clean Facebook's account so that your future in law can accepted you as their son or daughter in law...hehehe 

(I remembered when I checked my sister in law Facebook account before she married with my brother...hehehe...sorry sis...I do not have any bad intention because I just want to know her better before she become my sister. I also show her account to my parents...I chat with her through Facebook and make a good friend with her since her age is 21 and mine is 20. The first time I meet her is during the engagement day at Kedah)

KEVIN

Hi my sweethearts...

Yesterday, my friends and I had read a story entitled Kevin by Catherine Lim.

It is a VERY GOOD and INTERESTING story 

I can see myself in this story actually.

In my opinion, we can learnt a lots about this story of Kevin. Kevin is a determined student who want to get a highest places in his class. But actually, he behave like that due to his mother. Kevin is often pressured by his mother to get good graders at school. I don't think his mother care him as a son but only as a ROBOT...his mother always scold him and watching him very closely every second...his mother already prepared various types of punishments if he doesn't get a good grade such as being knocks on the head with the knuckles, knocks on the knuckles with a ruler, twisting of the ears, a withdrawal of permission to watch TV and so on...

I remembered when I was not allowed to watch TV because my result doesn't improved during my elementary school... I have to make sure I had finished my homework before doing that...

Kevin also do not have much freedom in his life... for example, eventhough he come out first in his class, he can't get a reward just like he want...so, we can see that his mother has controlled his life..

in my true life, my father is also a strict father but just a little.. my father resembles Kevin's mother when he always compared her daughters with his friend's daughters especially in exam result....at first, I am sad because I felt that I am not a good daughter but when I reflect back, I know that we have a different ability. So, I have to used my ability to get a good result in exam.... I know that my father just want the best for his daughters...so, I had explained to my father that we always do the best in our life to be an excellent person.

I always motivated my younger sisters when they scared to tell my father about their result but I told them that it is okay..

Back to the Kevin's story, he have a bad personality due to his mother's behaviour. his mother attitudes had influence Kevin's behaviour. he become scare to his mother instead of loving his mother...so that why Kevin do not showed a reaction when his servant told him that his mother has been hospitalized... when he heard about his mother, he just feel relief just because he can avoid to see his mother...

i think that in his future, Kevin will become unindependent person because his mother always make decision for him. so, he can't be a good leader...

as the conclusion,,,we have to keep a good relationship between mother and son so that we can build a happy and loving family..

SUMMARY OF DROVER'S STORIES

The drovers had to overcome the problem of the long  journey. In order to provide sufficient foods, drovers need an enormous amounts of fodder to sustain their energy. Besides that, to handle over 200 animals, drover needs to have a great skill in manoeuvring and need to more alert towards the cattle. It become a problem when others farmer’s  own cattle were to get mixed up with travelling herd, so drovers need to warn the farmer of their approach to avoid argument. Cattle are easily frightened by sudden loud noises, so drovers need to be patient when it take hours to calm and reassemble them. Sometimes, the drover need to have great bravery when had to confront with robbers who might violently attack him or his cattle. Drovers need to judge their cattle wisely so that they do not overdriven because it was essential for them to reach the market in best condition. Drovers will get the best prices from butchers if they can maintain the cattle’s quality.

DRIVING

DRIVING ME CRAZY  (1) !!!

i am crazy right now....

I know all of you are wondering 

what driving me crazy right???

Actually, I am very frustated because during 8/2/2011 (wednesday) the programme of blood donation was been held at DSK.

(I am pretty sure all of you know about this right???)

SO, HOW IT DRIVING ME CRAZY??

actually, I became addicted after the first time I donate my blood...

so, whenever the blood donation was held, I will go there and donate my blood especially at my campus AND there are no problem for me to donate my blood because of my good condition...

BUT

On that day during recess,two of my friends, Amal, Ayu and I go to DSK to donate our blood..

UNFORTUNATELY

only Ayu had passed to donate her blood. You can read about her story about her blood donation HERE . Amal and I did'nt passed to donate our blood because amal's haemoglobin is not enough and I have a low blood pressure..

ARGH.....I was so shocked and its DRIVING ME CRAZY because this is the first time I do not passed to donate blood after four time I donate my blood before. my addiction of donating blood make me very SAD...

THEN

Amal and I do not give up and try it once again after classes.. Amal was very happy after she passed to donate blood (she gain her blood haemoglobin after eat a candy...hehehe) AND me still cannot donate my blood because of the same problem... 

I AM SO SAD ... I FELT LIKE TO CRY

huk...huk...huk

at the end, I just accept the FACT that I can't donate my blood for that day...

I just hope that I will gain my health condition by having a normal blood pressure...

SO THAT

I can donate my blood again

I JUST HOPE IT WILL NOT DRIVING ME CRAZY FOR THE SECOND TIME

Hi friends..

UGHHH,,,,, so tired..

i have so many works that have to be settled down..

i hope i can finish it on time..

BUT

actually, it is my fault because i have delay my work until now....huhuhu

NOW,, I have to work very hard to finish them all...

so,,bye....I want to finish my works first..

ME - LONELY PERSON

HOLIDAYS, HOLIDAYS and HOLIDAYS again...

when there is a holidays, I am the happier person

because I can spend my times with my beloved family

BUT

once again, I am stuck at this campus alone.

this time, I  have become a SAD and LONELY person.....

 I just spent my PRECIOUS time ( actually. I am supposed to go back home...huhuhu ) by myself

I felt very lonely because all my friends had go back to their homes or their relatives....(except dayah)

If only I buy the tickets early,,, I think I will not be in here ( my campus )...

actually I do not plan to go back but suddenly when i know most of my friends are going back, so I decide to go too one day before the holiday...

AMAL, I'm so sorry because can't accompany you go back to Pahang together...

If only, I had the ticket to Pahang (my brother's house), I can going back to my house at Terengganu because my brother are going back there by his new car

SO

it is such a waste because I don't have the chance to going back

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY

I can save my money if I going back to Terengganu with my brother..hehehehe

- Improved my blog ( takes a LOTS of time )

it is about ANTS...

when i am thinking about it, this insects is one of my enemy..

i don't like them because they always eat my food when i put it on the table...

the smell of this insects is also unpleasant..

BUT

one day, i have read one article about this insect...

when i read the article, i become amazed about its speciality...

this insect have an unique body structure where their abdomen are half transparent, so they get the colour from the food they eat...

this situation have been realised by DR. MOHAMED BA.BU....

he said that the ants prefer sugar brighter colour such as yellow and green...

actually, I want to tell of all you one story entitled :

I AM A TUTOR (",)

During Chinese New Years holidays, I just spend my precious time with my family

I really miss them...huhuhu

for the beginning of my holidays, I spent a lots of my time with my two nephew and niece

I have not seen them for a long time

but unfortunately, they coming early to their home and I need to let them go....

......................................................

after that, one day, my younger sisters ask me to help them in their study.

so, I slowly become their tutor

my first younger sister ask me to teach her about additional mathematics..

thanks God because I love additional mathematics and I felt free to teach her..

BUT

I don't know why she doesn't understand what I have taught her

THEN

I ask her to make some exercise so that she understand more about I am teaching her

I hope she can enjoy learning mathematics same as me

AFTER THAT

My second younger sister asked me to help her to make her assignment...

it is also about mathematics that is  STATISTIC

and coincidentally, I am studying this topic in this semester

SO

I can share my knowledge with her

but 

I also have a sad news during this holiday

FIRST

my friends held a feast before she go further study to New Zealand

unfortunately,

I can't go to see her because of some reasons...

I hope she do well in her study and become a good English Teacher in the future!!!

SECOND

my cousin had deliver a new baby after 7 months..

and her baby had to be put into incubator

unfortunately

due to a lots of complications,,

her baby died after 17 days

her baby's name is Muhammad Syahmi

I am very sad because I do not have a chance to see her baby...

i hope this thing would not happen to my sister in law because she also pregnant at this time...

AND 

I hope she and her baby will safe
